Additional fee 100rs charged even if filed on due date yesterday
I filed AOC 4 yesterday ..date 30 Oct 2018
AGM date 30 Sep 2018
So I filed within 30 days after AGM
Even then I was charges Rs.100 extra
Also on checking MCA website -- there is circular on 29/10/2018 stating that Additional Fees are waived off till 31/12/2018
So why was 100Rs charged extra as additional fee?
Anyone else faced same issue? Will they give refund or credit for excess amount deducted?

Due Date is 29th October if AGM is kept on 30th September.
That's the reason, additional fee was levied from 30th October.
As per Law, AOC 4 to be filled within 30 days of conducting AGM.
i.e :- Even AGM date is to be considered while counting 30 Days.
However w.e.f 1st November.. additional fee is waived off till 31-12-2018.
