One carrying a Medicine retailing business and he have GSTIN... But he wants to register another GSTIN With same locality but the business is Nursing home.... is it possible if yes then how nd if no then why

yes its fully service... but i didn't have any service tax registration... i want a registration with GST. But i have already a registration with GST for my medicine retailing business.... can i get a new registration with GST for nursing home
