Actuary profession?

Is actuarial studies a distance learning course? ????I also want to know that.....wats the passing marks for each subject? I know that there are 22 subjects in all and a person can give the papers in any order.....I also want to know where the Delhi branch is located(if theres any).......r the examination centres all over india or in Mumbai only......?????????
