ACS Reg

Hi,

I have completed my grp 1 PCC, and gonna appear for my grp 2 this may 2010. Am doing my b.com in corres (Final Year). My B.Com exams are in May 2010(final year). The result for the same may be out by Sept 2010. Will I be able to appear for ACS Inter in December 2010? I don know when'll be getting my Certificate of Completion for B.com Course.
