After filing TDS return we receive Acknowledgement receipt from NSDL (original return). If by mistake that receipt is lost or misplaced from where can we get the Acknowledgement no and Date. It is required to file revise return so pls help.

Kindly Visit TIN faciliation center, where you have filed original TDS return and inform reprsentative of TIN faciliation center about your case.
Keep a copy of TAN / PAN with you and keep in mind date of filling of return i am sure they will help you positivelly.
