Acknowledgement by email

Hi all,

I have uploaded a few income tax returns through Mozilla Firefox browser. I received the acknowledgement from the site on uploading at that point itself but it has not yet reached the email id mentioned in the return. "My Account" on the department site is showing returns as filed and that the return has been sent to the relevant id.However, earlier a return had been filed through Internet Explorer, the ack for which was immediately received on the email id. So is this a problem? Should I upload through Internet Explorer only?
