I have registered for IPCC During the year 2011 and passed Group I of IPCC During November 2012.Now I am undergoing my articles.I have registered for IPCC alone not for IPCC WITH ATC.The articleship commenced on 14.2.2012 ,still I have 3 more months to complete my articles.Whether I am eligible to get ATC.

i dont think so since u have not availed the option of ATC at the time of registeration.I dont know about ur reasons but i think u shud complete ur ca final and hold CA degree rather than ATC
ICAI has clarified in the eligibility criteria that, “Students who have registered for the Intermediate (IPC) course without the option of ATC can also opt Accounting Technician Course subsequently.”

As pointed by Deepak ,I was wrong and u have to register for ATC and then submit form for grant of atc certificate
