Accounting technician certificate

          I registered with ICAI for CA IPCC (Both Groups without ATC) before 2.5 yrs or so, then i cleared each group of CA IPCC....now i am a CA Final student .....more then 1 year of CA Articleship is also over, if now i want to get Accounting Technician Certificate (ATC) from ICAI then what's the procedure for the same...... as i didn't registered for ATC previously while registering for CA IPCC what are the ways/procedure to obtain the certificate from ICAI now.... Is it possible to obtain the same in present situation ,,,,,,, plz do reply....... thanks a lot in advance.....
