Accounting standards students discussion

Friends I seen this problem in DS. Rawat sir's book:

A Computer software development company has given counter- guarntees for Rs. 75,50,000 to various banks in respect of guarantees given by the banks in favour of Government authorities.

The counter guarantees outstanding at the year end were for Rs. 72,25,000.

How do you disclose this information in the financial settlement of the company?

Answer (No disclosure)

My doubt is "Why is it like that?"

Can anyone explain...
