Is absenteeism counted as an attempt? i have filled the examination form for the december 2012 attempt and had a change of heart. Will my june 2013 attempt be counted as a second attempt? If yes, Is there a way to cancel the examination form? The ICSI helpline remains busy as ever.

Ya It will be counted as your attempt.
Now you cannot cancel your examination form.
YOUR JUNE, 2013 ATTEMPT WILL BE COUNTED AS YOUR SECOND ATTEMPT.
