5% GST payable under reverse charge and ITC can be claimed if transporter is GTA. If transporter is non GTA no GST payable under reverse charge. Such services are exempt.

Yes... GST tax payable as Reverse Charge for GTA services. Rate @ 5% (CGST 2.5% & SGST 2.5%)

Yes as per Notification 13/2017 CT (r) , Recepient is liable to do RCM on availing Services from GTA
