Any one can inform me RCM, is RCM applicable from 1st July 2018 in GST.

RCM u/s 9(4) of the CGST Act has been further exempted till 30.09.2018.

i also have PDF .. where in official site .. till not this not updated on cbic site .. go and check

Yes I agree it is not in official site. But the notification in PDF is not acceptable.

Yes it's available on CBEC Site , Notification 12/2018 CT (r) deferred till 30/09/2018
