About new form agt-1

u must be asking abt ADT1 right. Last year whether auditor has been appointed for 5 years or not check. and also check whether ADT1 was filed or not

Form ADT-1 file within 15 days from auditor appointment in AGM.

ADT1 is to be filed within 15 days of AGM not 30 days

But if you file ADT-1 last year this year its not required to file again. (Only if you doing ratification of auditor this year).

if you already i.e. last year appoint auditor for more than 1 year, in this year it will be ratification. Ratification is not appointment or reappointment.

That is why i asked to see if last year appointment was made for 5 years or not?

last year appointment was for 1 yr only.
