Dear Members,

What is the procedure if a Designated Partner wants to resign and be only a Partner of LLP?

Dear Experts,

Can some like me who have all informstion and forms and ID on MCA portal can foam a LLP without the professional help of CA/CS. Is it mandatory to process the LLP formation thru CA/CS only.
