About input in gst when my gst is cancelled and i take another gst number

As per section 18(1) you can avail ITC only on the goods which are lying in the stock as on 01/01/2020.

In case to services you can not claim ITC.

You can't claim One GSTIN (cancelled) to another GSTIN (new).
In case the bills are new firm name and no gstin in the invoices then You can avail ITC of stock through ITC-01.

Exactly My opinion is also based on the point that invoices are without GSTN (in case of goods)
