Can u tell me whether we have to make a draft of Rs 100/- or we can pay it in cash?and can i deposit the form coz my employer is not well but my form is signed

payment to b made by Demand Draft only... payable at ur respective regional office of ICAI ....

Condonation need not be signed by principal.

Just take a DD favouring "the Secretary, ICAI", payable at the city to which you are sending the condonation request.
