Can a busniss man (having Composition scheme) Purchase goods from other state composition scheme seller? pls tell us in brief

no because composition dealer can not supply goods outside the state

Completely agree with Ramesh as the dealer who supply within a state can only take advantage of this scheme. Inter-state suppliers will come under regular GST laws.
