Hello sir, I have cleared my ipcc first group in Nov 2014 and I have attempted my second groupin Nov 2015 and also iam doing my articles. I want to apply to degree b.com through ignou. Can you please give suggestion to join this course and whether I was eligible to special programme of b.com under ignou. Please answer me with full details of how to apply and duration and fee structure.please sir. Thanks in advance.

Yes you are eligible for it.
You need to apply for the said course by getting a prospectus from IGNOU's office.
The duration is a minimum period of 3 years including period of study at ICAI and a
maximum period of 6 years.
Fee is Rs. 6000 for the programme.
Kindly refer the prospectus for other details.
