i am a insurance agent with a company and as per icai guidlines student should not engage in any business so should i leave my insurance company what to do

Yes, you will have to leave the company and do the articleship under a Chartered Accountant / CA Firm.
without informing can ICAI know i am a insurance agent,because with this i am paying my ca coaching fee
There are means through which ICAI can come to know about it. And on the other hand, even your articleship would be on paper, so you wouldn't get a practical experience which will not do you any favour.
