adhar pan card linking has been introduced long back.
It was a public awareness.
these are the problems if u do not do adhar pan linking.
efiling will be problem.
while submitting returns.
@ kapadia
i know what i am .
typo errors are common.
we are not masters in typing.
explain to the forum why adhar pan linking is important.

RENT MEANS A PAYMENT MADE BY A PAYEE UNDER A TENANCY LEASE SUB LEASE FOR PLANT BUILDING MACHINERY EQUIPMENT OR ANY OTHER ARRANGEMENT MADE FOR ASSETS .
TAX RATE APPLICABLE IS 5%
