A late fee on gst return
hi, we have to file gst return of three months April to June can late fee charged on us or not.

The CBIC notified that Late fee for GST returns GSTR3B has been capped Rs. 500 for tax period from July 2017 to July 2020 subject to returns being filed before 30th September 2020.Notification No. 57/2020 dt. 30/06/2020 of Central Tax.
If turn over less then 5crore late fee waived off
