Eventhough not free, it is best buy. Just Rs.150  i bought it online more out of curiosity - it is really worth more than the money i paid ! It is really easy to type into this file than any other file. It is a really professional touch and i also got a print friendly version and lots of annexures. Rs.150 is nothing compared to the benefit i received from it. I would have gladly paid a Rs.500.

Mohammed - Thanks for your efforts. But i prefer sandosh's form even if it is paid. I like the quality and ease of use. The form you gave is okay but sandosh's form seems to create a impression at first sight and looks quite professional. 

I would recommend sandosh's  form to anyone. Hope there is similar quality Tax Audit Report Form somewhere.
