Sir,

Education Expenses under 80C covers Tution Fees paid for Full Time Education in India..

Whether Tution fees to CA classes allowed, as CA is also a Full Time Course?

"only tution fees" paid to " specified educational institutions" for full time education of childs paid by PARENTS is allowed u/s 80C.

and with this CA is not a full time course its a correspondence course...............

It is not a full time course so and deduction under section 80 c allowed only for two children,for full time course.

"only tution fees" paid to "special educational institutions" for full time education of chiled paid by parent is allowed u/s 80C. And CA Course is correspondance course hence it is not subject to considere under 80C
