Only Board Meeting is sufficient. However, 62(1)(c) NEED TO BE FOLLOWD AFTER THE APPROVAL OF SHAREHOLDERS ONLY ALONGWITH SPECIAL RESOLUTION ONLY
Approval of shareholders is not required for rights issue u/s 62(1)(a).
