If listing fees remains unpaid will it be disallowed u/s 43B?

Hi Manish,
If its Annual Listing Fee to be paid to the stock exchanges, then it will be disallowed u/s 43b since it is a stautory liability.
If its initial Listing Fee, then no disallowance.
