Can section 40A(2)b be invoked based on past relationship?
For example the assesee was related to a particular assessee in AY 09-10 and subsequently the realtion doesnt exist.However the business transactions are carried on in the same manner.

if the relationship has ended prior to the previous year under consideration, then as per law, it wont be covered under 40A(2)(b)
