Is PENALTY FOR late Filling of GST WIL COME IN 3CD.IF YES WHERE TO REPORT

yes it is shown in interest late fee , penalty etc

I think there is no need to report it as interest and late fee paid are allowable expenses. These are not treated as a penalty.

Agree with Ankita.

Late filing fees is not exactly "Penal" in nature...u can refer ICAI's Guidance note on Tax Audit for better clarity
