Dear Sir,
when iam trying to upload 3CB 3CD, it is giving information like " Cannot Read the File for Signing <File Name>.xml".
There are no errors. but every time it is coming like that.
what is the solution

U hve to create folder named "fakepath" in C:/ and then copy ur XML file to that folder .
Then upload from that folder, u will b able to file
Please check following setting in internet explorer. Internet option-security- custom-out of various security options enable allow local directory while uploading information to server. It may work. If u r using other explorer please try with internet expl.
