Kindly ensure that form 23B for companies for   F.Y. 12-13 is filed on or before 22nd December 2012 after which additional filing fees shall be leviable.

e-form 23B is extended without any additional fees till 23/12/12 or due date of filing, whichever is later. after that filing fees shall be leviable.
