Whether filing of form 23B by the first auditor of Private limited Company (incorporated on 31/07/2013) was mandatory for the F.Y. 2013-14 ?
IF it has not been filed by the auditor, then can he file the same under Company Law Settlement Scheme, 2014 (CLSS 2014)?
As form 23B is not available on MCA site, what is the form and procedure for filing form 23B under CLSS-2014?
What fees and / or additional fees payable for filing 23B?
Presently 23B available in the MCA site and you can take the opportunity of CLSS-2014 till 15.1.2014 , you have to appoint stat auditor in the first board meeting within one month from the date of incorporation. You will get 75%off on penalty amount .
sorry it will be 15.10.2014. Fees will be three times in addition to original fees.
