In October month we return individual filing but income come from partnership firm also. Than section 234A is applicable or not.

234A is applicable on partnership return filing.
But individual partner's return the last date was 31st August 2019 so beyond that 234A is applicable.
But working partner return extended due date is 31st October 2019 but 234A will be levied based on original due date.
