Hi,
I just got married and my wife has not submitted his ITR for last 3 years. She gets stipend within exemption limit.
1) Will her income be considered as income from other sources"?
2) in ITR, her address should be the one before marriage or lastest address can be written as address in all three ITRs?

IF ITS IN EXEMPTION LIMT THEN Y U NEED TO FILE THE RETURNS, THEY WILL NOT TAKE NIL RETURNS..IF U WANT TO FILE THEN PAY SOME SMALL AMOUNT OF TAX AND FILE IT..U CANT FILE FOR 3 YEARS NOW YOU CAN FILE ONLY 2 YEARS, FY 2007-08 AND FY 2008-09...ANY ADDRESS YOU CAN GIVE.....
Dear Amit,
stipend is again salary & u need not to file return below tax limit. If no tax payable its O.K ,neither tax if you are payable .Pay with interest & penality for the delay period
