2 GSTIN Provisional Ids

I received 2 separate provisional id's, one from excise and another from vat authorities.
I registered using the id given by excise department.
My buyers found out about my GSTIN by using my TIN number from GST PORTAL.

but Im using the other id. what should I do? will it cause me any trouble in the future?

2 seprate id आप तभी प्राप्त कर सकते हो जब वैट और केंद्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क में अलग अलग पैन पर बेस रजिस्ट्रेशन हो गया हो ऐसे में जो पैन आपका सही और वर्किंग में है वो प्रोविशनल id में देख ले 3rd से 12 तक के 10 कैरक्टर प्रोविसिनल id के पैन नंबर ही है

provisinal id 2 us condition me alag alag ho sakti hai jab central excise aur vat dept dono me pan alag alag diya gaya ho
provisinal id me 3rd se 12 charactor pan card ke no hi hai cross check it which one is yours own that will use
