at the time of itr filing for 2012-13 due to some omission in p&l cpc compute double the income and demand of 23 lakh raised. but we are not in receipt on 143(1) intimation till date. how to deal with this expert please comment its auditable 44ab
You approach your jurisdictional ITO and raise this issue of 23 lakhs demand and submit a letter that for all these years you didn't receive 143(1)(a) intimation or any demand notice.
You should have checked the e-filing site for ITR status and outstanding demand .
Depends under what grounds AO made computation. Either 154 or Appeal . You may send notice and demand Working sheet to my mail id - pnkapadia @ gmail.com
