I feel this attempt pass % High so they r with drawn what do u feel........

may be this the reason
CANNOT SAYANYTHING ABOUT POLICIES OF ICAI.
It is the most unpredictable.
ICAI HAS NEVER ANNOUNCE ANY SUCH THING
ONLY ONE OF THE CONCERNED OFFICER OF HIGHEST AUTHORITY HAS GIVEN SUGGESTION OF THE SUBJECT.
UNLESS THE OFFICIAL NOTIFICATION IF NOT ISSUED WE CANNOT PERCEIVE THE THING TO BE TAKEN AS FACT ON MERE BASIS OF ANNOUNCEMENT BY PERSON AND NOT INSTITUTION
HOW DO U KNOW THAT PASS % WILL BE HIGH. ARE U EVALUATION SOME PAPERS. NO NA.
U ARE FREE TO ASSUME ANY THING BUT THAT ASSUMPTION SHOULD NOT FORM FACT OF ANY SUBSTANCE THE SUBJECT OF WHICH IS NOT AT ALL IN PRSENT SCENARIO
No such announcement made regarding withdrawal. In some of the newspapers I have seen this 15 minute provision is continued as before. But some newspapers have written its going to be withdrawn. I dont think institute will go back.
