Wait for some time as it may take extra time for generating intimation u/s 143(1) or ask your jurisdictional officer about the same if you are in hurry.
it is not necessary that you'll receuve notice u/s 143(1) everytime. It is only issued when there is is some arithmetical error in your return. If you haven't received it then acknowledgement generated after filimg of return is sufficient proof of validity of return
