Even in 2026, it feels like we are doing more manual work than ever. Between checking portal data, matching GST 2B, and cleaning up messy client PDFs, my team is exhausted.

If one task could be automated today, it would be intelligent, end-to-end GST 2B reconciliation—including exception handling and vendor follow-ups—because it consumes massive time, carries high risk, and adds the least strategic value despite being unavoidable.
