sir i am from balurghat dakshin dinajpur west bengal.. main janna chahta hu ki koi product like clothes manufacturing date 2015 hein...ispe GST ayega kya???

i think usko to 30 june tak ka jo apne purana stock declare kiya hoga usme gin liya hoga......so as per me wo nahi aana chahiye

It has no means with the manufacturing date.

If any goods is sold after 30/06/2017, and if GST is applicable thereon, GST will be charged.

date of manufacture do not qualify for taxation. the date of supply only qualify for taxation. since your supply is after 1st July 2017 you are liable to pay tax on cloth
