Hi Friends !

My name is amit .Right now i am searching for Job . I hace cleared Ca inter and CA final II group . The result of first group is right now is being awaited . Kindly suggest the package i should offer in interview . My previous CTC was Rs2.20 Lacs . Total Experience is 3.2 years . Pls Reply ASAP

Hi, With the experience you have, you must quoto the atleast 3 lacs plus. It still depends on the city where you reside. In Bangalore with your experience the normal CTC is 3.6 lacs. Thanks! Santosh

Thanks for the Answer! I resides in faridabad and looking for job in Delhi-NCR. thing is that i had resigned from My previous job and right now out of Job . So is it still right to quote 3 lacs ?

in e & y and kpmg its 1 lac in the first year and in pwc its 65k in first year and in delloites its 84k in the first year for a pe2 cleared student

I have cleared PE II in 2nd attempt (53%) & am currently doing articleship in a small firm(8 months approx). Will I be recuited by the top 4 firms. Should I personally go there & have discussion with their HR or is correspondence via telephone sufficient

you can mail it to them but i feel doubtful of your getting into big firms. because they some policies. actually second attempt should not be a problem if they give u a call because if they give a call then its all on you as to how u present. but they have policies of not recruiting transfer cases. that u wil have to clarify

Hi everybody,

I want some advice about that I passed CA Inter in Nov.04 and CS Inter in Dec.07, and I have experience of more than 6 years in taxation, finance & accounts, I am appearing for CA Final and have appeared for 4 times for both groups. I am working presently at 2 Lac p.a., but I am thinking about whether I should opt for industry or professional firms, which would be better and what should be the remuneration.
