1. You have to get ur self registered online with the CFA Institute and pay your fees by a credit card (Visa/mastercard)

You will be shipped the official course material to your home address. There are also third party content providers like Schewer, Elan, Stalla etc which are well known and provide books and video classes for CFA.

2. It is very much suited for India as it is not inclined towards regulations and laws but is infact a finance based course, which is more or less same all over the world.

3. There a total of 10 subjects

4. Yes mock tests are conducted by the CFA Institute. Content providers like schweser also conduct mocks before the actual exam.

I think u can pay by wire transfer, but credit card is the best option. its fast, easy and secure.

dude...wanted to know job opportunities after l2?and  how much salary can i expect??
thinking of giving l1 in dec 2012 and l2 in june 2013..and im in tybcom btw..so would be a grad and l2 with no work exp..so in such scenarios what can i expect and are there enough job available?

and you can actually complete it in 1.5 years not 2..right??

@ akash buddy there are ample job oppurtunities after level 2 .. u can complete it with a min of 2 yrs.
