About me

I am a Chartered Accountant qualified in 2007. I did my MBA Finance from Symbiosis and B.com(H) from Delhi University. Presently I am working in Noida as a Project Controller in a Power Sector Company. My professional experience includes 6 months in Paris and 1 year in Switzerland. Also, I am pursuing DISA from ICAI.

My field of interests are accounting and finance. I also likes to study and deal in Shares and mutual Funds. Understanding IT tools attracts me to evaluate and get more and more information and audit trails while analysing and performing audits. It enables me to be creative and think more about the existence and understanding of the facts of the situations.

For the proffessional growth in life, I believe that sharing provides you to learn and develop your knowledge and understanding about the people and the subject. There should be sharing of knowledge, experience, thoughts & suggestions between friends & colleagues. Also, I consider communication as above the knowledge to achieve this. CA Club India is just doing that .

For personal Life, I believe that if you expect to get something then always keep thought of giving something also.

Dear Sir,I'm working as a part time assistant in an audit firm.Now I am considered a salaried employee(P.F dedn is done).Now if i apply for COP , will i continue to be considered an employee or will my status change to a consultant?(i.e will TDS be ded. u/s 192 or 194J).Hope to hear from u at the ealiest.Thanks

Dear rahul sir, We are pharmaceutical distributors having tarder's load on 20 lacs in bank of baroda nw we would like to enhance tht amount into 35 lacs and also in CC.we hv given hyphothication of building RS 35 lacs also hving current stock value is 30 lacs.my qustions are shld i approach to any CA for CMA data report or i may give by my own as my bank manager ask for the same too ?is there any specific format given which i may refer for the further submission of the same?

I am holding full time COP. I have joined industry and will be providing services as consultant on retainership basis. Do i need to intimate the Institute regading the same. Can I continue to hold full time COP. If not can I get it converted to part time COP. What is the procedure for converting the same? Kindly advise

Dear Sir, Read your comment on part time COP. I am partner in firm (2 partner's partnership) The other Partner now wants to join Service, can he still remain partner in Firm by remaining part time partner and the status of our firm can be maintained?
