    (Under Gujarat VAT) What is the consequences if dealer sell some items as combo offer or as gift on some item sold to any person? i.e. if dealer gives a free watch on the sales of any 10 items in wholesale then ITC is allowed on such Watch or not?

    Dear Sir, I have received a letter from Compliance mgt. cell, delhi for filing returns of AY 2010-11,11-12 & 12-13 & have have filed accordingly. Returns with copies of challans for tax & interest (234A,B,C) are filed covering letter. Whether AO will issue notice u/s 148? Will this letter with returns & challans are sufficient voluntary disclosure by assessee, so that penalty is not levied u/s 271(1)(c). (Ref. Reliance Petroleum case). Please suggest.

    if we have to pay to supplier then they are called creditor and recorded on the liability side of b/s. how to treat if now no longer going to pay to them.i.e(such as bad debt for debtors then what for creditor) please reply soon.....
