Dear Mr.Sunil Sec.88,88B,88C are not available from AY 2006-07 the same time Form 16 & 16A has been amended and UTN concept last March-09 CBDT has announced and suspended for time being.Form 17 and 24C also has beed suspended time being. My self I am clear but let me know any thing I am wrong please tell me I will correct
