Sir, we are in the business of providing "Software Development & Testing" services in NON-PHYSICAL form. Our monthly invoices are of value around $15000. I have heard that, for export values less than $25000, you are not required to declare the value on SOFTEX. Does it mean that we are not required to submit SOFTEX form with STPI? - Tushar Desai

Q no1} my question is which type of account is joint life policy A/C? Q no2} joint life policy A/C DR 16200 To A`s capital A/c 5400 To b`c capital A/c 5400 To c`s capital A/c 5400 [being the balance of joint life policy distributed among partner} My question is in above entry is that why joint life policy a/c is debited and partner a/c is credited? Please explain me detail.

A Ltd Co. constructing a complex for Office space in Ghaziabad UP India, It starts on 2008 and ends on 30.6.10, Project cost is around 60 Crore. A Ltd. is Purchased Material and appoint various contrctor for various Construction part of Complex) My Questions are 1. Is A Ltd co. is Service provider or not 2. If Yes What is service tax liability of A Ltd.
