SIR, One of my frnd is in problem plz suggest. case:- he gave blank signed bond (non judicial stamp paper) paper to his employer (Rs20 x 5 nons. he completed his articleship after a long fighting. now he complete his articleship but his blank singed bond paper is still with his former employer. Sir now that former is denying to cancel the bond nor returning the papers to my friend. Sir i want your suggestions how to deal with the matter to keep my frnd safe side (he is tensed because of future mis use by former employer because his case wase already disputed before ICAI) Plz suggest & Help.
