About me

CFO - DCX SYSTEMS LIMITED. Heading the finance function of the company. Immediate task was to build the data room for taking the company through the IPO process. Interaction with BRLM's and legal counsels. The company is a leading player for the manufacture of electronic sub-systems and cable harnesses, At present handling working capital limits of Rs. 1300 crores and the turnover of the company is Rs. 1100.00 crores. Functional competencies are: Arranging short term and long term funding, budget planning, financial analysis, liasioning with auditors etc
