private company issued shares 4 years ago, didn't allot till now. now the company got a notice from Incometax department. what should the company do? can it tell that, there is no time limit specified under companies Act,1956 and the amount is shown in FS as per the Act

sir the date of filling 3cd is 30th nov 2014 & last date of depositing tax challan is 30/9/2014 is on 30/9/2014 only tax is deposited or audited balance sheet is alson deposited with tax challan

an we book the amount to be received as Debtor as per the agreement to sale a flat. However, the sale does not take place actually, as the Flat is not completed yet.If yes then what should be the treatment for amount received during the period.
