Is this also applicable for opening a LLP for the main business activity of online commodities trading on mcx Or ncdex exchanges? The funds for the same would be contributed by the partners and silent partners only and no funds will be taken from the general public.

    Hi, I'm planning to buy an old house with land for ₹1.15 crore from two joint owners. I'm trying to fill out 26QB forms for both sellers with the following details: Property Type: Building Total Consideration: ₹1,15,00,000 Payment Type: Lump Sum Higher Stamp Duty: No Amount Paid/Credited (B): ₹5,75,000 (each seller) Total Stamp Duty (C): ₹5,75,000 (each seller) TDS Paid: ₹57,500 (each seller) Please let me know if I've filled these details correctly for both sellers.

    There are some employees with Inoperative PAN status as on 31.05.2024 for which a demand notice has been received by the Company for short deduction of TDS. What if these inoperative PAN's are later linked with aadhar and are in Operative stage post 31.05.2024. Can now a correction return be filed and demand will be gone? Or do we still have to pay the short deduction TDS?
