    Sir, We are service provider into transportation of goods by road Service Tax paid by recipient only as we never charge in billing which is as per contract. Whether we should file return with NIL OR We have to show the gross billed amount in return which we have not charged ST to our customer and also in which column in ST3 (i.e. deduction of billed amount) otherwise ST3 will calculate the service tax amount on Gross bill amount.
