Dear sir. I enter the development agreement with Land owner in the month of Dec,2017 for 3 yrs from the date of agreement. my doubt is whether am i liable to pay GST now and if What is the rate of GST.

HAVE RECENTLY JOINED A COMPANY WHOSE LAST YEAR ONE C FORM FOR INTERSTATE PURCHASES IS PENDING...SINCE THE COMPANY HAS RECEIVED BILL VERY LATE..THEY HAVE NOT RECORDED IT IN PURCHASE..BUT NOW THE PARTY WANTS C FORM..KINDLY SUGGEST HOW TO GET IT AND WEATHER ANY RETURN SHOULD BE REVISED OR NOT??
